Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you buy from Hearth & Hide. If something doesn't work out, we're here to make it easy.
30-day return window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
How to start a return
- Email us at hello@hearthandhidegoods.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label (free for US orders; international return shipping is the buyer's responsibility).
- Drop the package at any USPS or UPS location within 14 days of receiving the label.
- Your refund is issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving the return.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange for a different size, color, or product, just let us know in your return email. We'll ship the replacement as soon as we receive the original.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, skip the process above. Send a photo to hello@hearthandhidegoods.com and we'll ship a replacement the same day — at no cost to you.
Final sale items
Custom orders, monogrammed items, and sale items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange. We'll always tell you in the product listing if something is final sale.
