Shipping Policy
Every order from Hearth & Hide is packed by hand in our La Grange, Kentucky studio and shipped via trusted carriers. Most orders leave the studio within 1–3 business days.
Domestic (United States)
- Standard (3–7 business days): Free on orders over $75, otherwise $6.95
- Expedited (2–3 business days): $14.95
- Overnight (1 business day): $34.95 — order by 12pm ET to qualify
International
We currently ship to Canada, the UK, and the EU. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Most international orders arrive within 7–14 business days. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If you don't see it within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder or email us at hello@hearthandhidegoods.com.
Lost or damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, we will make it right — no extra cost, no long forms. Just send us a photo of the damage (or your order number if it's lost) within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Address changes
Need to update a shipping address? Email us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, we may have already shipped — but we'll do our best to help.
