Hearth & Hide ships from US and international fulfillment centers via trusted partners (CJ Dropshipping, USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL).

Processing Time

Orders process in 2–5 business days. You'll receive tracking via email when your order ships.

International shipping available to select countries at checkout. Delivery 14–30 business days. Customer is responsible for any duties/taxes.

Order Tracking

Every order includes tracking. Check your email (including spam) for shipping confirmation. Track at 17track.net if Shopify tracker has issues.

Shipping to PO Boxes

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes via USPS.

Multiple Item Orders

Items may ship separately from different fulfillment centers. You'll receive tracking for each package.

Lost or Stalled Packages

If tracking shows no movement for 7+ days, email shipping@hearthandhidegoods.com. We'll work with the carrier to locate or replace.

Address Changes

Email shipping@hearthandhidegoods.com within 12 hours of ordering. After 12 hours, we cannot guarantee changes.

Common shipping questions

  • Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii? Yes, standard US rates apply. Expedited and Priority options also available.
  • Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses? Yes, via USPS Military Mail. Delivery may take 14–21 business days.
  • Do you ship to Canada? Yes, $14.99 flat rate, 14–21 business day delivery. Customer responsible for duties.
  • Can I combine shipping for multiple orders? Not after checkout, but we can cancel and re-issue if both orders are within 2 hours. Email shipping@hearthandhidegoods.com.
  • Why does my order ship in multiple packages? Items often come from different fulfillment centers. You'll get a tracking number for each package.
