The morning ritual is the one we don't compromise on. Every piece in our coffee and tea collection is chosen for one reason: it makes the cup taste better. Better extraction, better mouthfeel, better temperature, better morning.
Coffee
Grinders
The grinder is the single biggest lever you have over cup quality. We carry burr grinders (not blade) in both hand and electric. Hand grinders are perfect for pour-over and travel; electric for espresso and large batches.
Pour-over kettles
Gooseneck spouts give you the slow, controlled pour that evenly saturates the coffee bed. We carry 1L stovetop kettles in matte black and brushed stainless.
French press
The most forgiving brewing method. Our 8-cup French press uses borosilicate glass and a 4-level stainless filter so the cup is clean, not sludgy.
Tea
Kettles
Variable-temperature kettles let you hit the right temp for green (175°F), white (185°F), oolong (195°F), and black (205°F) teas. Boiling green tea scorches it.
Mugs
Our stoneware mugs hold heat well, feel good in the hand, and don't pick up flavors from yesterday's coffee. They're the only mugs we use at home.
The ritual
None of this matters without the ritual. Boil fresh water, weigh the coffee, time the pour, drink it while it's hot. The tool is the smallest part.
