How to request a refund
Email hello@hearthandhidegoods.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We respond within one business day.
What happens next
We refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of approval. For replacements, we ship a new piece immediately and cover all shipping costs.
