Shipping policy

How we ship

Every order is printed and shipped by Printify, our production partner. Most pieces ship within 2-5 business days of ordering. Once your order leaves the production floor, you'll get a tracking link by email.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the EU, and Australia. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your address.

Returns

If your piece arrives damaged or not what you expected, email hello@hearthandhidegoods.com within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your call. We don't charge restocking fees.
