Is this dishwasher safe?
Most of our kitchen items are hand-wash only to preserve the finish. Cast iron, ceramic, wood, and stoneware will outlast dishwashers when cared for properly.
Can I use this on induction/glass cooktops?
Cast iron works on every cooktop including induction. Enameled cast iron and stainless steel are safe on glass tops. Wood and stoneware are not for direct heat.
